Preconstruction Investment Home & Duplex
Qualification Process

In order to qualify for either our preconstruction home or investment duplex program you will need to make sure that you meet the requirements below. Then fill out and send in a completed and signed Pre-Qualification Form (Word Doc).

    United States Citizen:

  • Stated Income.
  • Verified Assets. ($20,000.00 minimum)
  • 680 Fico for Second Home.
  • 700 Fico for an Investment Property.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • 24 month credit history on a minimum, of 4 accounts with activity within 12 months.
  • No more than two, 30 day late’s reporting on credit report.
  • Must show last 24 months of either mortgage history or rental history from an incorporated property mgt company or 24 months cancelled checks for rental payment.
  • Two years employment history in the same line of work.
  • No bankruptcies or foreclosures within 36 months.
  • Charge-offs, judgments, or open collections in the last 24 months must be paid in fill.
  • Assets must be verified for at least 90 days unless current property owned by Borrower is being refinanced or sold to obtain cash to close. A copy of a fully executed HUD­I will be needed.
